Acceptance of Terms. By using https://mountainairfurnaceandductcleaning.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Mountain Air Furnace and Duct Cleaning markets and arranges Air Duct Cleaning, Condenser Coil Cleaning, Furnace Cleaning, Dryer Vent Cleaning, HVAC Deodorizing. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Mountain Air Furnace and Duct Cleaning or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Mountain Air Furnace and Duct Cleaning may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Mountain Air Furnace and Duct Cleaning disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Damages. Mountain Air Furnace and Duct Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Mountain Air Furnace and Duct Cleaning from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by OR law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in OR for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
